  • 1+ years of inbound/outbound phone customer service or customer care experience
  • 1 year in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Exceptional English skills, both verbal and written
  • Some college education preferred
  • 30+wpm
  • Highly organized with superior attention to detail
  • Thorough knowledge of Outlook and a general knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Overall knowledge of Adobe products is a plus
