Requisitos o datos del empleo*:
- 1+ years of inbound/outbound phone customer service or customer care experience
- 1 year in Business Administration or Marketing
- Exceptional English skills, both verbal and written
- Some college education preferred
- 30+wpm
- Highly organized with superior attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of Outlook and a general knowledge of Excel and Word
- Overall knowledge of Adobe products is a plus
- A positive, team-oriented personality

- Contact clients on outstanding cases via both phone and email communication.
- Establish, maintain and foster good working relationships with each client. Build client's trust and confidence by providing timely, accurate and superior service.
- Answer inbound calls from clients.
- Uphold Hunter Warfield's brand image when speaking with clients.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal departments. Build trust and confidence with those involved.
- Consistently exceed client expectations, SLA deadlines and provide superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM to manage, track and monitor workload.
- Accurately record all client correspondence in CRM.
- Team goals must be met along with individual goals
